The Director/Reference Librarian position is responsible for leading campus library employees; managing the budget; completing statistical reports as necessary; writing grants when applicable; promoting the library through creative programming; answering reference questions; and maintaining the monographic collection in Dothan, while coordinating with the Dean of Libraries regarding the electronic needs of the Dothan student population.
